The "Day Of" Package supports the important details of the event. Our professional consultants provide many services, including day coordination and supervising vendors.
Starting at $1,995
- Initial consultation with host to determine expectations
- First meeting: Visit the venue with host to discuss expectations
- Pre-screen all vendors
- Confirm day vendors
- Provide your final payment to vendors at the end of their contract
- Timely and consistent follow-up with vendors on any changes of plans and details
- Prepare a timeline of events for the Event
- Make suggestions of day itinerary for the party and vendors
- Review and coordinate event with officiates, party and vendors
- Assist host
- Coordinate with day vendors and assist, if needed
- Distribute payments to vendors
- Decorating the Event sites (decor to be supplied by client, or may be rented from Austin Corporate Planners)
- Set-up and tear-down of rental pieces
- Oversee venue decor to ensure that setting is laid out in keeping with host’s wishes
- Follow through during Event to ensure that timeline is followed according to plan
- Coordinate all activities
- Provide solutions to any emergencies
- Troubleshoot when needed
- Transport needed items to designated location from Event
- Load items and decor left after event in designated car
- Assist with clean up activities (Average minimum clean-up for an average sized should occur within one hour. Any items which take more than one hour to clean or break-down of heavy items is billed at $100/hour over the initial hour will occur).

- Second meeting: Discussion of Event, event timeline and vendors list
- Up to two hours of "in-person" planning sessions per month
- Provide etiquette guidance when requested
- Pre-screen all vendors
- Vendor referrals
- Attend vendors meeting with client when requested
- Confirm day vendors
- Provide your final payment to vendors at the end of their contract
- Timely and consistent follow-up with vendors on any changes of plans and details
- Assist with the selection of decorating rentals
- Create and maintain monthly task list
- Prepare a timeline of events for the Event
- Keep an updated list of all guests attending
- Assist with budget management
- Develop day itinerary for the party and vendors
- Arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests including hotel blocks and flight assistance
- Arrange party favors for guests and as requested.
- Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels on day.
- Assist with transportation details from and to airport; details on the out-of-town guest arrival times and the printout for host
- Assist with stuffing and mailing of invitations (addressing of envelopes at an additional cost, plus postage)

- Second meeting: Discussion of Event, event timeline and vendors list
- Up to two hours of "in-person" planning sessions per month
- An additional two hours of "in-person" planning sessions per month if requested
- Unlimited number of telephone or e-mail planning sessions
- Provide etiquette guidance when requested
- Pre-screen all vendors
- Vendor referrals
- Attend vendors meeting with client when requested
- Confirm day vendors
- Create and maintain vendor payment schedule
- Provide reminders of all payments sent to couple for amounts due monthly to their vendors
- Provide your final payment to vendors at the end of their contract
- Timely and consistent follow-up with vendors on any changes of plans and details
- Assist with the selection of decorating rentals
- Create and maintain monthly task list

- Arrange party favors for guests and as requested.
- Assist with compilation of guest gift bags or baskets.
- Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels on day.
- Concierge services for out-of-town guests arriving early for event including planning of fun events in the city
- Assist with transportation details from and to airport; details on the out-of-town guest arrival times and the printout for host
